Question 1

Are your fossils genuine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every fossil we sell is 100% authentic and ethically sourced. Replicas are always clearly and prominently labelled. We never misrepresent what we sell.

Question 2

How can I tell if a product is a real fossil or a replica?

Accepted Answer

Every product page clearly states whether the item is a genuine fossil or a replica. Product cards also carry clear badges. Replicas are labelled in the product title, badge, and specification panel. There is never any ambiguity.

Question 3

Will I receive the exact fossil shown in the photographs?

Accepted Answer

For products marked 'Exact Specimen Shown' — yes, you will receive the precise fossil in the photographs. For 'Choose Your Specimen' products, you will receive whichever exact specimen you select. For products using representative images, this is clearly noted. You will receive a specimen similar but not identical to the one shown.

Question 4

Where do your fossils come from?

Accepted Answer

We source from trusted, established suppliers worldwide. Each product page includes origin information where available — typically country and region, and geological formation where known.
