Every product page clearly states whether the item is a genuine fossil or a replica. Product cards also carry clear badges. Replicas are labelled in the product title, badge, and specification panel. There is never any ambiguity.

For products marked 'Exact Specimen Shown' — yes, you will receive the precise fossil in the photographs. For 'Choose Your Specimen' products, you will receive whichever exact specimen you select. For products using representative images, this is clearly noted. You will receive a specimen similar but not identical to the one shown.

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us and return it in its original condition for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving the item.
